Had shirts tailored and picked up earlier than quoted! Very impressed and tried dry cleaning service, received an email less than 24 hours later... The service is great and the email notification are a big help. Much faster than my former dry cleaner.
Excellent customer service, treated their customer well, was not late on my order. Would definitely go again.
The girls at Costa mesa were great but somehow the people who did the dry cleaning didn't do a good job. Will have to bring my clothes back on March 28.
Service is always very friendly no matter who is on the register. Our clothes always are ready very promptly and look wonderful. It's a longer drive for us to get to the cleaners but was not happy with the service that was available in our immediate neighborhood. So we tried Kona and have been very pleased with it since. They did a wonderful job with our Chinese quilt as well. Plan in the future to entrust them with our down comforter. Mahalo!
I used to go to the Kona in Costa Mesa, but moved jobs. I tried another cleaners and they consistently broke buttons. I went back to Kona in Orange and couldn't be happier. Courteous staff like Maria makes the experience more enjoyable as well.
The item I took into the cleaners was done on time and to perfection. This is always something that I expect and receive from Kona Cleaners.
I have had issues in the past with poor dry cleaning services so I tried Kona Cleaners out with a small order initially and was very pleased with the results. I am so used to having to point out specific stains to have them tagged with red tape at all other dry cleaners and when I started to point out stains here, the lady told me "Oh honey, you don't need to do that--that's our job".
