Rosie went out of her way to make sure my alterations were done and delivered back to my local store in time. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely be using Kona for all of my cleaning and alterations in the future.

I took my woman’s bright white blazer in with a raspberry stain, I was concerned about the dry cleaning process yellowing my bright white jacket but it came back as good as new. Very pleased and the counter girl was very nice.
