The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Since this was my first time, they explained the process and the costs up front. I like the fact that the app tells me the details of my clothing! Like who takes the time to do that? If they’re that detail-oriented with those small details, I feel like they’re also just as careful with my clothes. The other thing I really liked is the speed of service. Most other cleaners take 3-4 days to get me my clothes. Kona cleaners took less than 1 day to get it back to me. That’s convenien... read more

I’ve been going to Mee for alterations at the Warner/Springdale location for years now. She’s the best! Unfortunately, on my last visit I was shocked at the price I was charged. Not sure what happened with the price increase and I don’t know if I’ll be going back.
