Have been going to kona in Yorba Linda for several years and have been very happy with the service. Always greeted with a smile and truly appreciate fae as she is outstanding at what she does.
The staff was friendly. I was a first time customer and didn’t realize that the yelp coupon must be presented at the time of drop off. Wish it was better communicated so I can obtain a discount or perhaps accept the coupon at checkout as a gracious gesture. However, I will use it next time.

The gal who works in the Yorba Linda store, near Fairmont and YL Blvd. is one of a kind! Her customer service is impeccable. I’ve only been in there a handful of times and she greets me by my name the second I walk in and she knows my husbands name too and he gets delivery! Anyway, she is a delight and I’ve always been happy with my clothes.
Amazing Quick turnaround, quality of the dry cleaning was beyond our expectations and on a reusable strong plastic hanger not the cheap wire ones wrapped in paper advertising the dry cleaners name will go with KONA all the way and will recommend to all my family and friends.
