New staff has horrible customer service. I'm a regular customer and find myself having to change dry cleaners. Dropped off uniforms, rep said there's no same day and rude because their busy. On day of pickup gentlemen had music blasting and I had to yell my info. I asked if he was upset and he mentioned it's busy. Busy makes me happy its job security. I told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere and he " accidentally" dropped my items on floor. Worst service I've experienced there.

I feel tricked by your coupon. 25% off. 15 items at 79.61 is 5.31 each item that is a normal price for MOST dry cleaners. I will never bring my business back. Take me off your mailing list.

Hello Ms. Wright, I'm sorry you feel this way. I can assure you that we do not wish for any of our customers to feel this way. Our pricing has not changed since you were last in on March however, if you ever change your mind and decide to give us another try, our staff is more than happy to detail the garments before you leave so that you know the cost of the garments at drop off. Kona did a very poor job on laundering and pressing my shirts and pants. I wont be coming back.

Definitely will not be coming here no more. I came in for my first time and brought some pants but when i got them back they came back smaller and the color was faded .

First time customer. Brought in dress shirts and two long coats. Was told long coats would be $22 each.to which I agreed. Received a call later the same day and was told one of the coats was actually going to be $64 since it was designer. Will never return there as their pricing insures they recoup any discounts.
