Amanda is wonderful and always welcomes me with a friendly smile and warm conversation. I do not like the new white bags at all. It is very inconvenient to not see your fresh clean clothes through the bag. Please switch back to the clear bags.

I am an understating person, I know business are run by humans therefore mistakes happen. But when a business, lacks the professionalism to figure out the error and apologize, then in my opinion a bad review is earned. I paid a total of $53.03 to Kona Cleaners of Anaheim Hills to (lose track) (as they had no idea where my stuff was at) of my laundry, including a suit that cost me over $400.00. Great work, friendly people. The only issue is with the many shirts we need to be done on a weekly basis, it's just too expensive. Occasionally dry cleaning is affordable, but 15-20 shirts done every week or two adds up.
