Kona is the best! Rose is hard working , friendly and dedicated to her customers. Rose treats me like family and provides excellent customer service with reasonable fair prices! She provides a five star protocol service. I drop off my clothes on a weekly basis and enjoy interacting with her and the other employees when I go in. I'm a first time customer to Kona Cleaners. I dropped off five pieces of clothing. 5 pants and 5 shirts. I'm a LEO and asked to have my sleeves creased. I was told they can do it without creasing the patch. When I picked up my order the sleeves were not creased and I was told they couldn't do it because of the patch. I told them that's not what I was told when I dropped them off. The young lady helping me looked in the computer and there was documentation to crease the sleeves and not the patch.
