I had my 3pc suit altered when I went to pick my suit up the vest was not included. I was charged $110.80. I was told to come back tomorrow. Not good!! I chose Kona Cleaners because they had a 5 star rating. The customer service was excellent. My suit is not complete without my vest.

I gave Kona a five star review 2 years ago, based on their Eastvale then I moved to Rancho Cucamonga and I started using their Fontana location. I started noticing that the prices have gone up quite a bit which I didn’t mind due to the state of our economy. And their good service. The elastic on pants sometimes wears out at a different rate than the same pants/ same brand as it may belong to a different batch. I have been going to Kona cleaners for a very long time and I love the way my clothes come out and I love the staff, especially Rosa( Fontana location) she is courteous, polite, knowledgeable and has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.
Expensive and I'm still not looking at my receipt.

I took 2 rugs to be cleaned about two and a half weeks before moving, after asking if it would be possible to get them cleaned by the moving date. When I brought them in, I reminded them again. 3 days before the move I called to hear why I hadn't heard from them. One had been cleaned. The other had been dated two days after the movers were to come. They would call to get it back from the factory. My clothing was damaged during the couture cleaning process. The necessary steps were not taken to protect the hardware of my garment before putting into the dry cleaning machine. I only received $13 back for service on an item that cost around $1,350.

Needed all shirts wrapped individually...some shirts cleaned are my brothers. Staff needs to communicate better. Did not get an apology.
