Used app”on my way” and “here”. Wasn’t on rack, wasn’t ready. Same with person in front of me. Same excuse….didn’t get it. Clerk was alone, unhappy customer on phone and I waited awhile.

Just picked up my work uniforms and the name tag stitching is pulling off. These arw brand new and only the second time I have dry cleaned them. Both times have been by Kona. I have photo's.

Worst place I’ve ever delt with… took these lady’s all brand new black clothing and received nothing but ashy black clothing in return let alone I was charged $80 to receive them back the next day.. upon arrival I was told some of the items were not ready yet so I was forced to wait another day just to receive my close back completely faded..

Your cleaners tore a hole in my sweater and lied about notifying me. When I arrived to pick up my sweater, they lied about how the hole was created but agreed to repair it. I left an returned the next day only to find the hole had not been repaired and the sweater was literally sitting in the same spot. Instead of apologizing, they kept insisting they didn’t create the hole. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!!!!

Yesterday she was off when you came in and she worked on it this morning. It will not have been moved between yesterday and today because there was no seamstress working on it until today.
