The worst, they charge you for things that don't belong to you and won't credit you back. They lose your shirts and won't do a thing about it. They charged me for over 700 dollars for table clothes that aren't mine and will not refund.me back

My jacket was supposed to be ready on Monday the 4th at 5pm. I went to pick it up that day and they told me they needed two more days. I'm totally upset and I won't be using the service again

Called about a first time pick up and the gentleman was very short, tried to rush me off the phone by telling me he would call me back after he asked his supervisor if I’m in their route. I dropped off 14 shirts for ironing only, they used to charge me 2.80 ea, so I asked the lady 3 times(her name is Ana) if they were going to charge me the same and she said yes the 3 times after checking the barcodes on 4 different shirts, 15 minutes later she calls saying that they cannot charge that price and the new price would be 5.20, I got really upset because I asked her THREE times, the least she could have done was honored the price for this time but she and the other lady with blue hair were super rude and couldn’t... read more

A laundered shirt is pressed wet and must have been washed prior to pressing so that it does not end up wrinkled. Clearly disappointed when I spent the money to get my Cal King comforter cleaned and Kona's policy is not to steam press it......I should have been told that from the beginning......If I had known I could have laundered it myself and gotten the same result......wrinkled!
I had my king comforter cleaned for $59.00......and I'm very disappointed in the outcome. It looks as though it was cleaned, dryed and bagged up.....not pressed...I put it on my bed and it is so wrinkled, I really don't know what to do about it....it looks terrible my ticket number was 08-230253

Hello Audrey, Comforters are not pressed; I am sorry that it looks wrinkled on your bed. We clean and dry the comforters and then we fluff them up. Afterward, we put them into comforter bags which can cause wrinkling. If you like, we can do it again and perhaps package it differently but with folding, it will have wrinkling happen. Earned a reward and attempted to use it on my 5/26/22 order. Since there was another coupon in the system, the reward wasn’t used and I paid a lot more than I anticipated. Called and spoke with manager at the Archibald location in Eastvale. Was told that she would talk with her District Manager and get back to me.
