Unfortunately, I waited three plus weeks to get my backpack back without my two patches sewed on. They fixed a zipper on my pants which was great. However, I was told they could not sew two patches onto my backpack, waited 3 plus weeks only to pick it up incomplete. I was told both items were completed. The ladies who work at what once was "Boulder Cleaners" are amazing-especially Julie! However, under the new ownership I was told that there will no longer be an ongoing 20% online discount. The new offer will be a different discount each month. Not so happy about that so I'll probably seek a new cleaners even though this location is very convenient living in Niwot.
I picked up my shirts yesterday and they were in good shape. The new owners “John’s cleaning”seem to be doing a good job. However, I miss using the reusable clothing bags that Boulder cleaners had started using some years ago. John’s cleaning uses clear plastic film that can be hard to recycle. I wish they would use a system that does not require all of the plastic film.
I’ve always had good service with John’s Dry Cleaners. I’m very happy to see the Boulder/Niwot location open! The hours work well.
New owners of Niwot Cleaners didn’t tell me one shirt return would be delayed, when the other shirts were ready. I needed that shirt for travel and won’t be able to take it now. Not happy. They never lost or delayed a piece of clothing for the over 10 years I was using the prior owners cleaners
