When I dropped off my items, I was quoted a certain price, but the amount charged at pickup was higher. With no pricing available online, it was a little frustrating. Edit: Linda from John’s reached out and explained everything clearly. She was super helpful and made sure I understood the pricing. Thanks to her, I feel much better about the experience, so I’m updating my review.
Very reasonably priced, quick turnaround! It was only $76 to dry clean 6 items - 2 suit jackets, 2 suit pants, and 2 collared shirts.
Great customer service. Listened carefully to what I needed for each piece of clothing, and all items were cleaned perfectly and on time!
Helpful staff. Pleasant facilities. Cleaning was done well. Glad they were nearby.
