Fast, friendly, and thorough service! They cleaned 3 dresses (that had stains), 2 blouses, and 3 suit pants and they all look incredible. Owners and staff are amazing to work with and I had a great experience. I will definitely use them again!!!
We have had a great experience at Boulder Cleaners. We are fairly new to the area and hadn’t found a Dry Cleaner we really liked. The skirts, blazer and suit jackets all look great. The one item I’m really impressed about was a hat that had heavy sweat stains, looked brand new after dry cleaning.
I have been going to Boulder Cleaners for over forty years. The previous owners were not really focused as much on customer service. The new owners are absolutely amazing. Not just because they're great at cleaning garments,they treat their employees with so much respect. I have been a human resource consultant for over thirty years and this is one of the finest examples of a great employer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Ruined a blazer. Tried to fix, which I appreciate, but would not accept responsibility for heavy stains across stomach and arm, which absolutely were not there upon delivery. Mentioned reviewing camera to see if stains could be identified, but, of course, that didn’t happen. Claims because they marked the blazer as having stains (I was not notified about this until I picked it up), then, it couldn’t have possibly been their fault.
