When I dropped off my items, I was quoted a certain price, but the amount charged at pickup was higher. With no pricing available online, it was a little frustrating. Edit: Linda from John’s reached out and explained everything clearly. She was super helpful and made sure I understood the pricing. Thanks to her, I feel much better about the experience, so I’m updating my review.
Won’t wash throw blankets claiming it might damage their machines. Wanted $35 individually for a $15 dollar Costco fleece blanket. One person wouldn’t accept a down comforter that a foster dog peed on a few months ago when they were Boulder Cleaners. Time to take my business elsewhere.
Very reasonably priced, quick turnaround! It was only $76 to dry clean 6 items - 2 suit jackets, 2 suit pants, and 2 collared shirts.
Great customer service. Listened carefully to what I needed for each piece of clothing, and all items were cleaned perfectly and on time!
Love this place, especially the employees, especially Chris. He is always pleasant and professional with great customer service.
