I brought 4 items for cleaning. A puffer coat and vest, linen pants and a sweater. When i went to pick up, vest and coat looked like they had not been cleaned. I requested linen pants not be pressed. They were pressed, and due to darker, color had a shine all over them and seems had lightened marks due to being pressed. The sweater had some marks where soup splashed.
