An excellent experience. No fragrance, cleaned, professionally packaged. I love that my down comforter was stored in a plastic zip bag, making for easy storage in my closet, rather than hanging in bulk form that that up closet space until winter arrives.
John's cleaners used to have a different owner until fairly recently. The counter set up is is more streamline and the cleaning level seems the same . However, the main thing I have noticed is how much more the cost is; for the same 2 pairs of men's Chinese and a woman's sweater would have run me about $21, now it cost me almost $30 so I will be looking for a.new cleaner. To clarify, I was very happy with the level of cleaning, customer service level and new set-up, just not the price.
Came to pick up my clothes that I need for tonight only to find out they are closed for lunch. With another meeting I will have to come back. Very inconvenient and bad customer service. 3 other customers also are waiting outside to get their clothes. Google is not updated with these new hours of operation. Unprofessional response from the manager. I will be looking for a new dry cleaner
Happy with the customer service! A couple of my silk items had to be redone for persistent stains. One came out perfectly and the other still has a little stain, but I appreciate their willingness to try them again at no extra charge!
The staff are very friendly at the new location on 28th St formerly Cache Cleaners. They did a fantastic job on our comforters and were able to get some stains out. The clothes we have dry cleaned look and smell crisp and fresh. Their timeframes are reasonable for when items are done.
