I have used these folks to clean my down comforter 3 times and found that they did a great job. Recently they provided an inexpensive zippered blanket bag for me to store my comforter. I’m thrilled!

This time they only had two of my three shirts on time!!! Additionally, they told me they would call me when the third shirt shows up, but I never got a call so I have to chase them back to the store because their voicemail is not functional even though they say they will call you back shortly. Waste of my time. They never call you back. These people are not professional and They don’t care about customer service. They always take great care of my clothes. Excellent, friendly staff. Recently had two comforters cleaned and she applied a coupon and I didn’t even ask!

Excellent service and quality. My suit, that I have worn for many weddings was looking a bit crusty but somehow they managed to bring it back to life. Can’t wait to rock it at another wedding or event…

The counter person is exceptional! My favorite shirt was "lost" and I was really concerned. She assured me that it would be found and was so adamant that all would be taken care of that I decided to relax and she was correct. She is very professional.
