I have used these folks to clean my down comforter 3 times and found that they did a great job. Recently they provided an inexpensive zippered blanket bag for me to store my comforter. I’m thrilled!

John's Dry Cleaners & Laundry is in the category of what I refer to as MegaWowzers. Believe me, it's not easy for a business to get into that category because to qualify for MegaWowzers, a business has to really show a level of care and compassion for customers that would ordinarily only be shown by close family members and friends, but even there---I mean, I can't speak for anybody else, but I personally don't know of very many family members and friends who can wash and iron men's long-sleeve dress shirts the way that John... read more

I've always had good experience at John's Cleaners especially in home goods. Recently I took in a handmade quilt. They called to tell me that cleaning it could involve risks since it was older. I appreciate their honesty.

I appreciate the quality of care and service but I reviewed with 4 stars because before John's bought my local cleaners, prices were far more affordable. I have stopped buying anything that requires a cleaning service as a result. In the rare case a Cleaners is required, it's good to have John's nearby.

Clueless with formal clothing and how to iron properly. Overly expensive and not much else to say. Later I got an email from them asking me to call them in regards to my review...I called and they said a manager will call me back. Never did.
