I have used these folks to clean my down comforter 3 times and found that they did a great job. Recently they provided an inexpensive zippered blanket bag for me to store my comforter. I’m thrilled!

The counter person is exceptional! My favorite shirt was "lost" and I was really concerned. She assured me that it would be found and was so adamant that all would be taken care of that I decided to relax and she was correct. She is very professional.

John's Cleaners is clean, organized and the front desk person is very nice. The prices are more reasonable than many other cleaners in Boulder. Try them!

This time they only had two of my three shirts on time!!! Additionally, they told me they would call me when the third shirt shows up, but I never got a call so I have to chase them back to the store because their voicemail is not functional even though they say they will call you back shortly. Waste of my time. They never call you back. These people are not professional and They don’t care about customer service. Just today, I picked up a shirt that was tossed in the garbage pile - a white shirt from the ’90s that had become entirely pink. I’m schooled in laundry. Nothing I did to remove that pink worked. John’s not only nailed it, but they also called and asked for time to starch the layered front of the garment by hand. The normal price for a laundered shirt. Amazing.
