The pros were that the employees weren’t outward out rude, two out of the three employees I conversed with were actually extremely friendly. The cost to dry clean isn’t crazy expensive either. It’s actually affordable. The cons: When I first called to ask for a quote, the employee gave me the wrong rates (and I didn’t find out until I came back home from already dropping my article off). Additionally, I went to bring in my article, I had to sign up. The lady asked me for my name, twice, and still proceeded to spell it wrong... read more
