I have really tried to give JBC on Broadway several chances, between ripped shirts and now a lost hoodie that was miraculously found. Forget alterations. Took over a month and several calls with several lies tossed in just to cya themselves. I wouldn’t do business here, and I won’t anymore. Not worth it. Expensive as it is and the hassle when dealing with management is really too much. Almost had to call the cops and file a report . Really. Not. Worth. It.
Love your work and I will continue to bring my work clothes to you. You guys saved a pair of pants I thought I’d have to replace.
