I have been a customer of Jack Brown Cleaning for several years. They have always provided excellent service. I had a large number of my suits, pants, and shirts I wear for work cleaned this week. They had my clothes cleaned perfectly by the next day. I highly recommend Jack Brown to anyone seeking a dry cleaner who provides fast high quality service. George Railey
I took a new dress for dry cleaning late Thursday and requested it be available for pick up on Friday for an out of town weekend event; they said Friday after 6:00pm. I received a text that it was ready at 9:00am Friday morning. Another nearby cleaner wouldn’t have it till Monday. I greatly appreciate the expedited service!!
Great customer service, and my order was ready for pick up as requested. I love that I do not have to exit my vehicle, drive up is so convenient.
0 stars. First they told me my skirt was not there. Then they told me it was out for alterations. Then, she found it and it was destroyed. It looks like they washed it with something bright pink. A black and white checkered skirt with pink and red tie-dye. I will never go back.
Customer service is above average-awesome hardworking people-I enjoy going there! My review is based on the Broadway location.
