Great customer service, and my order was ready for pick up as requested. I love that I do not have to exit my vehicle, drive up is so convenient.
I took a new dress for dry cleaning late Thursday and requested it be available for pick up on Friday for an out of town weekend event; they said Friday after 6:00pm. I received a text that it was ready at 9:00am Friday morning. Another nearby cleaner wouldn’t have it till Monday. I greatly appreciate the expedited service!!

0 stars. First they told me my skirt was not there. Then they told me it was out for alterations. Then, she found it and it was destroyed. It looks like they washed it with something bright pink. A black and white checkered skirt with pink and red tie-dye. I will never go back.
After picking up my order, I realized one item was missing. I called to ask if it had been found, and was told that yes, it had been located, and they knew it was mine—yet no one reached out to inform me. When I went back to retrieve the item (which I had already paid for, as confirmed by my receipt), I was met with unnecessary rudeness and told I would have to pay again.
