After picking up my order, I realized one item was missing. I called to ask if it had been found, and was told that yes, it had been located, and they knew it was mine—yet no one reached out to inform me. When I went back to retrieve the item (which I had already paid for, as confirmed by my receipt), I was met with unnecessary rudeness and told I would have to pay again. I have really tried to give JBC on Broadway several chances, between ripped shirts and now a lost hoodie that was miraculously found. Forget alterations. Took over a month and several calls with several lies tossed in just to cya themselves. I wouldn’t do business here, and I won’t anymore. Not worth it. Expensive as it is and the hassle when dealing with management is really too much. Almost had to call the cops and file a report . Really. Not. Worth. It.
