I have been a customer of Jack Brown Cleaning for several years. They have always provided excellent service. I had a large number of my suits, pants, and shirts I wear for work cleaned this week. This is the first time I use Jack Brown Cleaners and I will definitely be a returning customer. I am satisfied with the dry-cleaning of my shirts and how quickly the got the work done.
I took a new dress for dry cleaning late Thursday and requested it be available for pick up on Friday for an out of town weekend event; they said Friday after 6:00pm. I received a text that it was ready at 9:00am Friday morning. Another nearby cleaner wouldn’t have it till Monday. I greatly appreciate the expedited service!!
Great customer service, and my order was ready for pick up as requested. I love that I do not have to exit my vehicle, drive up is so convenient.
