I will not be back. I brought in 2 brand new (never even worn) pairs of dress slacks to be cleaned. First, when I got them home they wreaked of cleaning chemicals. Second, the cleaner shrunk them so much that I can’t wear them. When I tried to put them on I thought “they must have given me someone else’s pants by mistake.” Nope, Jack Brown just shrunk the pants that much. I’ll have to throw these brand new pants away, thanks to Jack Brown Cleaners on Broadway! Take your clothes somewhere else.

I love Jack Brown Cleaners. My clothes are handled with care, but the outstanding customer service is what really brings me back.
The person at the window was very rude. Attempted to say my Bankcard was not valid. First I wanted to pay with a $50 dollar bill. My change would have been approximately $15. She states she doesn’t have change. Lastly she finally got my card to work and practically threw my card at me and slammed the door as if I was going to break in. This place is THE WORST. Now I know why they have a reputation for ruining clothing. I was advised not to go here, and sadly I went against the advice based on convenience. Not only did they ruin and replace the original liner but they punctured the outer sleeve leaving a hole. When I came to pick it up I noticed it and commented and they said they would fix it.
