They ruined a dress I wore once. They claimed no responsibility and offered to refund the dry cleaning. They offered an extra $30 that they would have used to test the material to find out what happened. That doesn't even cover the cost of the dress. When they called me on the determination, they essentially tried to blame me, saying I may have wore perfume. I don't even wear perfume. I used the Cadillac Sq lockers for pick up & delivery. Service was professional and a request to have it expedited was graciously accepted and executed. Special s/o to Aaron! Thanks a ton, will be using Huntington Cleaners for all my dry cleaning needs.
Keely did an awesome job at helping me resolving a pick-up delay that required me to need my suits overnight. She ensure that she would get them picked up and returned the next day and that is exactly what she did! Also repaired one of my buttons that was missing. Thank you for saving the day!
Completely satisfied. Good work and excellent care of my bedding. Reasonable pricing. Wowed by the packaging they returned my bedspread in.
They cleaned my down blanket for $35. Cheapest place I found calling around, but they did a great job.
