I had four suits dry cleaned by them. The job was well done, very clean, and pressed nice. However, when I dropped them off, the lady asked me when I wanted to pick up. We decided on a Wednesday evening after 5, which was perfect, as I needed all four suits for the rest of the week and weekend. When I went to pick them up, three were done and one was not. I love having this service at work, and I love how fast you guys are. However, I am still confused about the pricing. I will turn in two sweaters, and they will cost different prices to clean, same with regular button down shirts. :(

The service is always fast and courteous! The only thing I would say is that when those customers who have earned $5 off their bill - when cashing them out acknowledge that the $5 off was applied.
