I have a white cotton Jcrew blouse that somehow was sewn together at the back when it was cleaned on Tuesday. I’m sending it back at tomorrow’s pickup at the Westin Book Cadillac to be repaired. Not quite sure how you did this but it’s a favorite so please fix it!
I had been wondering for the past 3 days if my dry cleaning had actually been delivered. When I got home this afternoon, something caught my eye. It was my dry cleaning laying in the grass and mud, covered in snow and ice. It was not in the bag or the plastic. Both were laying beside it. I know it was rainy and windy Thursday. So I had checked for it on 3 occasions throughout the day. Never saw it on my door hook. While I was hoping this would be a convenience, in contrast, I am thoroughly disappointed.
I am not sure anything has been resolved. I took in a coat which the buttons were destroyed and was promised a call back - no response. upon my return call no one could even recall that a claim was made nor could any information be found regarding the claim. I was told a "member" from management again contact me, but I would need to bring the coat back in. To date I have not had time to visit your location during normal business hours. Frustrated!
The instructions are clearly stated on every ticket but my dry cleaned shirts always come back unbuttoned which makes them wrinkle down the front when they are bunched with other shirts. What will it take for this to change. We will be going to another cleaner if you can’t get this right. Also, a white dress shirt came back with splatters if red something all over it and I am certain it wasn’t from me. I last wore that with a suite to a funeral all day. $2.90 to launder a shirt? really? ouch! never again.
My clothing was ruined using the cleaning service, and the lost two times using the dry cleaning service. I will not be using this company going forward and do not recommend them to anyone else.
Once again, Huntington Cleaners staff placed the garment tracking sticker square in the middle of the primary label on my garment. This happened in the past and I was assured would not happen again. This has now caused me to begin thinking as to whether I wish to continue using Huntington Cleaners. I simply do not understand the mindset that believes any customer would want their garment's primary label on the collar or nearby area to be defaced with this tracking sticker.
