Had to re do my shirts twice. Still was not right, I asked my sleeves to be pressed up and folded. Not a happy camper. We will not be back.
This service was over priced. I get the same thing done in Las Vegas and it cost 1/2 the price. Also one of my Satin shirts came back with fuzz on it. I will most likely not use this service again unless the pricing changes
Very disappointed that you raised prices to $2.90 per shirt. It was $1.75 until recently and that’s a big increase.
I have been using your pick up service forever.... You send notices out weekly.... or more so...... of when delivery will be made...etc. I recently got a bill and the price of the shirts went up ...50%... from $175 to $2.51... I called and asked the billing girl did you send a notice out informing us of the ....INCREASE IN PRICE ON THE SHIRTS......SHE SAID YES.... i went through all the emails i have since June... and did not see any notices of the upcoming price increase. I love Huntington cleaners service. They never damage my calls, never lose my clothes, always on time. My only problem with them is that they insist on putting these plastic clips on the laundered shirt sleves as well as a plastic film at the collar. I do not repeat extra pieces, nor do I feel great about throwing them away every time I open up a shirt. It Seems environmentally wasteful, and adds no value to me.
You guys do a great job from a cleaning perspective and we appreciate that. However, my order did not include all of the items picked and we received no communication that some of our order would delivered at a later time. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I quick e-mail, text, or call would solve this issue. Thank You!
Did not get a text telling me the code for the locker combination. Had to guess what the combination was.
