Ripped shirt after ripped shirt then I was told ‘its not possibly our fault’ After that I was told I would receive a credit of $50. I went yesterday to bring in some shirts in and pick up my ripped shirts that i was told would be sown up. No shirts sown and I only had a credit of $2. Great service overall. I hope to hear from someone soon. 847-975-8629.
Took over 2 months to get my suit pants back. In the meantime I had to buy another blue suit. The staff promised to look into situation and get back to me but did not get back to me as promised on multiple occasions. Besides that, the remaining 4 pieces came back haphazardly in 3 deliveries.
I became a customer via acquisition of my previous service. The transition was very very ... very painful. Voice mails went unanswered and it took numerous calls to get everything resolved including delivery to my house instead of s neighbor’s. If I had more time in my day, I would have found a replacement after the third problem. To this day, I still don’t understand why calls to managers never resolved the problem but they have turned around and things are satisfactory now. We’re cautiously optimistic.
Cleaning was great, but not notified it had been returned. After receiving this message I checked lockers and found my clothes.
Got ticket with one price then had another price when I went to pick up articles of clothing. Can be rather pricey at times

The press on the dress shirts are not at the high standard they once were. One out of every 4 or 5 could be returned for a redo.
I brought in my daughter's letter sweater (white) with some stains that had been there since the Spring. When I picked up the sweater, the stains were all gone. My daughter is really tough on clothes, so I'll be back.
Still dirty pants. I will have to call. I also haven’t looked to see if my card was charged for the re-do.
