Cost effective and reliable service. Home pick up is very convenient.
I routinely get back men's pants that have not been creased, regardless of pinning on notes requesting this service (although I don't know why a note should even be necessary).

My previous order came back with two garments that hadn’t been pressed. I sent photos. With my latest order, the locker number did not exist, and I tried all lockers so I sent a text on Sat. asking where my clothes were? No response. When I called today and asked to speak to the manager, I am still shocked at the utter lack of care, service and rudeness. They switched to chemical dry cleaning solution instead of silicone which was the reason we used them in the first place. We are both chemically sensitive and the fact that they switched nasty chemical solvents without informing customers is extremely troubling. We will no longer used them because of this subterfuge

My driver did not come by my home this morning so my cleaning bag was left outside all day (and in a little rain). I am concerned because this is the third time this has happened in the past few months. My pick-ups have been regular for the past several years until now. I even had an experience where my clean clothes were dropped off but the bag was not collected???

I think I may have a new driver. My clothing bag was not picked up today. A few weeks ago, the driver delivered clean clothes but did not pickup my cleaning bag (which was hanging on the same door). I found that VERY odd. I have enjoyed superior service for over 10 years and now my service is questionable. What has happened?
