Had patio cushions cleaned and they came back with no Color changes or streaks. Took more than a week

They do a good job. But the upcharge was never explained and my bill reflected that. My bill Was about 175 for 55lbs. They did give me a small discount

Kelley...maybe I'm confused. We originally charged you for special charges because we had to process your clothes in a special load before we washed in the normal process. We agreed that, because we didn't tell you about this before you sent in your clothes, we removed the special charges and just charged you our normal rate...PLUS a senior discount. So, you actually paid less than 50% of what we normally charge 55lbs. Thank you for the business and I hope we are more clear going forward. Joe

Hangers Cleaners is the best! My laundered shirts are always returned on time and looking great. The best thing is that they pick up my laundry bag from the front desk at my condo building and return my shirts to my front door. Very convenient!
