Dropped off 4 feather pillows to be cleaned. The associate had no clue what I was talking about. Needless to say she didn’t give me a price. Went to pick them up on the date shown on the receipt and they weren’t done. Picked them up a week after date on receipt. Waited at the counter for SEVERAL minutes for someone to come to the counter. I brought a pair of UGG boots in to be cleaned. They had one stain on each boot. It cost $79. The boots came back, looking as though they were very old and worn. I was not pleased with the experience.
