I dropped off a pair of birenstock sandals that the puppy had chewed and they came back like new! I was so happy with the customer service I received as well. Thank you again!
Drop off and pick up always goes smoothly. Staff is very friendly. What I do not care for is the cost. I took a formal (not anything fancy) in and I was charged almost as much as what I paid for the dress. Definite sticker shock…

The employee who works at the Weston location is great. She is personable, professional, and understanding. I enjoy interacting with her every time I pick up my dry cleaning. That being said, Gunderson is a complete monopoly. Unless you are willing to travel to Madison, they own every dry cleaner within an hour and a half radius, and they charge like a monopoly.
