I've been using them for a while - amazing customer service. Never once had an issue. They even have this pickup service that will get your stuff right from your door. It's well done. I love how nice and oldschool they are with taking care of you, but it's also so modernized and convenient.
I washed a pair of wool dress pants by accident and they were badly wrinkled so I dropped them off for pressing and thet are as good as new. Friendly staff helped me and got them back to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Cleanliness as expected. Pressing needs improvement to make sure that all creases were accurate and matching.

I do business with the Weston office and the gal that works there is always helpful with any cleaning I bring in. And greets me with friendly. They are the only cleaners I'll ever use.
