Communication here was terrible. I dropped off curtains to be hemmed and was told they were not sure if they could hem curtains or not but took them. Handed me a receipt with a date on it to pick them up and said they would let me know if they could not hem them. The date rolled around for me to pick the curtains up, went in with my receipt, and was told that they were not ready yet. My Service checking in was Great! My Special Gown I wire fir my daughter's Wedding turned out very nice. I kept forgetting to pick up my dress so a reminder text or email would be nice to get!!

Customer service was excellent but prices are too high

I had a formal, full length dress, with lace, and sequins dry cleaned. The dress came back looking as good as new.
