Some of the stain remained on both of the garments I brought in to be cleaned and my belt is ruined. The clasp no longer works.
My girlfriend and I recently brought in $50 worth of laundry. We were excited to find a green laundromat so close to our home and were happy to offer your our business. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up our clothing my girlfriend's dress was now missing a button. When we showed the woman working the front counter, her response was, "Oh, well we can email and let them know that the button is missing and see if it can be found." Everything from the initial phone call to the delivery was fantastic. I was very surprised that the bill was so high. I was charged $35.00 for each light weight comforter. Please explain to me these charges and why they were not counted in the 15lb. category. Thank you.
This was the first time. No big problems.
I recently moved into the area and was looking for a dry cleaner that would be open until at least 7pm. Greener Cleaner on Broadway fit the bill and when I came in to get more information the woman working the register was friendly and more than happy to answer all of my questions and give me a rundown of the services provided.
Not good. I asked for two bags and got none. And, they kept the nice nylon one I sent my laundry in. Finally, I asked for heavy starch and got light. Please send me two bags and my original bag. Thanks,
I had my first order with several shirts, ties and two suites. The ties and suites came back fine, however all the ties were falling apart due to the seams in the back being damaged. Now I will have to fix all the ties before I can wear them.
Experience was terrible. Went in on a Wednesday with one suit ( pants and jacket) needed for a wedding Saturday. Came in Saturday and only the pants were ready.
Delivery service was excellent, however the quality of the actual cleaning was fair. Would have preferred the item to be ironed, not all spots were removed.
