They messed up my order. They overcharged me by charging me for 15 items rather than five. And now I have to deal with an ongoing battle to get the payment issue resolved. Look, I work Mondays-Fridays, so I don’t have the time and willpower to deal with this battle. Beyond frustrated right now especially since they know they messed up. It’s not that hard. Don’t like the suit carrier that doubles as a dirty laundry bag! Should have kept the reusable nylon bags and use a single paper overwrap for clean returns.
Please don't forget to clean the bottom of the sleeves INCLUDING the inside rim of the sleeves. Clean the inside of the collars better. If a button is loose, then sew it on properly and simply charge us. Check the hems at the bottom of pants because they have been returned to us dirty or the hem was coming undone. Look for stains to spot clean, so we don't have to point them out each time. Thanks.
You accidentally included someone else’s clothes. All mine are accounted for but I bet there’s a woman out there who isn’t happy. Next, please use a lint roller occasionally. I’d expect that when the suits come back they’ll be hair free minimally but this is the third time I’m picking off stray hairs and bits of lint.
Order incomplete and no note telling me what happened to my missing jacket. I assume you needed more time to clean.
I love the service. But last round wasnt the greastest. .after calling to make sure that my account was set up for the extra overview service at the beginning and since I made mention how intense my order was I was very unhappy when things came back dirty with spots it had seemed my note that I attached wasn't attended to not to mention the fact that the two zippers that I wanted replaced on one of my coats wasn't able to happen which isn't a big deal but I was concerned that when I got the coat back one of the zippers was m... read more
If possible please deliver the bag to my door.
I had a stain and when I received the clothing back, the stain was 4 times as large. I re-sent it and the stain was still there (no explanation even tho I had called and sent a note). The dress is ruined. Called and received the “we can’t take any responsibility, blah, blah blah...” response. Very disappointing given that I have had good experiences.
There were still spots on my garment.I did get the notice that they could not be removed. However I think there could have been a better effort. I could have gone to a less expensive cleaner and gotten the same result.
