Timely turnaround. Requested heavy starch and got light instead. Was offered a do over, but I needed shirts. Disappointing.
Will never go there again! They more or less called me a liar when I told them what they quoted me for my coats. They said they never had the price they told me! Very disappointed with the service I received. First time last time!!!
Figured I would try out the Granville Cleaners. You know the saying... "you only get one shot to make a good first impression" well needless to say, Granville Cleaners did not give me a good first impression. Totally jacked up my bill. DO NOT TRUST their email coupons. I tried to ask more details about the "deal" in my email and show it to the guy taking the order. He pressed the "redeem coupon" so it would pop up on my account.
