Choose Gibson’s to have my kids’ Canada Goose coats cleaned because they are recommended on the Brand’s website. I had them clean 2 red coats and 1 blue. Terrific job getting the bulk of the dirt off. The process did cause a little fading at the seams, but I was warned about this prior to proceeding and had to sign a waiver indicating i understood the likelihood of this happening. Always does an incredible job with my Canada Goose parka and Wilfred wool coat. Also the woman that works at the front desk is just the sweetest and has the best customer service! Always really look forward to my annual dry cleaning trip!

Brought a king size white goose down comforter ; was greeted with a smiley and professional attendant Processed the order while asking pointed questions Got a call advising me it was ready for pick up a day earlier than promised Again greeted and gave me a hand putting it in a bag The price was high but not out of hand Would go back anytime again and recommend them anytime PS a head office letterhead acknowledging the outstanding job by the clerk would be a well received gesture ( I might step out of my boundaries but a litt... read more

Elizabeth was great to work with. Gibson's sent me a text when the coat was ready for pickup. Payment after pickup. Canada Goose jacket was washed and treated well.

Went into Gibson's next day to deal with woman I normally see running the shop. She apologized, said the price to hem a pair of light snow pants was ludicrous, and gave them back to me no charge. Now that is good customer service.
