Choose Gibson’s to have my kids’ Canada Goose coats cleaned because they are recommended on the Brand’s website. I had them clean 2 red coats and 1 blue. Terrific job getting the bulk of the dirt off. The process did cause a little fading at the seams, but I was warned about this prior to proceeding and had to sign a waiver indicating i understood the likelihood of this happening. Elizabeth was great to work with. Gibson's sent me a text when the coat was ready for pickup. Payment after pickup. Canada Goose jacket was washed and treated well.

Went into Gibson's next day to deal with woman I normally see running the shop. She apologized, said the price to hem a pair of light snow pants was ludicrous, and gave them back to me no charge. Now that is good customer service.

Donna and Elizabeth are the best! Always welcoming, always with a smile on their face, always at the top of their game. A pleasure to bring my shirts to Gibsons because of them. Gibsons is fortunate to have them.
