The customer service representative is so warm and welcoming and she always greets one with a smile and her tone of voice is well on point. My family and I have been using the dry cleaners for quite a while now with no regrets. Such outstanding services, always reliable and on time.
I first went here a few years ago as I was new to the area and it was the only cleaners I knew. I had a winter coat cleaned but more importantly the tab on the zipper needed to be replaced. This was done and I had a pleasant conversation with the lady there. However, I just took the same coat in for the same reason, and she was very dismissive, asking if the coat was worth it and "she" (presumably the cleaner) wouldn't do it without it being cleaned. I had a baby jumper that is 30yrs old. It belonged to one of my children. Unfortunately, it was stained quite badly and wasn’t sure if it could be dry cleaned. I sent it to Gibson and they managed to remove the stain! I am so grateful for their care and can now pass it down to my grandchild!
