I have been doing business with Gibson Cleaners at LaRose Plaza since the original cleaners changed hands. Most of my interactions have been with Donna. She is always courteous and positive. Donna has great energy. Gibson's Cleaners are efficient and on time. If there is a change in the status of my order - pricing, workmanship - I am always notified in advance and a fair resolution has always been achieved. The best service ive ever gotten i wish i was able to recall everyone person name but to ensure nobody gets left out all staff was amazing. they washed and repaired my jacket with the so much care this goes beyond 5 stars. Will def be a regular!
I took two of my wife’s parkas to Gibson’s Cleaners at La Rose Plaza — one of them a Canada Goose with several makeup stains — and they did a phenomenal job. The jackets came back looking absolutely brand new. Donna was amazing and took the time to explain their cleaning process in detail, which I really appreciated. Choose Gibson’s to have my kids’ Canada Goose coats cleaned because they are recommended on the Brand’s website. I had them clean 2 red coats and 1 blue. Terrific job getting the bulk of the dirt off. The process did cause a little fading at the seams, but I was warned about this prior to proceeding and had to sign a waiver indicating i understood the likelihood of this happening. I’m so happy with the friendly service and excellent results. I brought in a sweater that needed dry cleaning and pilling removed. Now it feels brand new. And at such a great price!
