Choose Gibson’s to have my kids’ Canada Goose coats cleaned because they are recommended on the Brand’s website. I had them clean 2 red coats and 1 blue. Terrific job getting the bulk of the dirt off. The process did cause a little fading at the seams, but I was warned about this prior to proceeding and had to sign a waiver indicating i understood the likelihood of this happening. Went into Gibson's next day to deal with woman I normally see running the shop. She apologized, said the price to hem a pair of light snow pants was ludicrous, and gave them back to me no charge. Now that is good customer service.
Used their sevices for the first time last week. I have to say, I was impressed with the customer service and their timing is impeccable. I utilized their delivery service which was seamless. I definitely will be using their services again.
Great job, great staff & easy to drop off & pick up. I'm very happy with my dry cleaning at Gibson's - I'll be back.
Our winter jackets were absolutely disgusting and moldy. They came back from Gibsons Cleaners like brand new!! Definitely recommend!
