Gibson’s takes excellent care, and is expert in dealing with difficult materials. At the Bloor West store for example, you will be dealing with professional friendly and excellent personnel.

I had a grungy down CG jacket that was worn for a whole decade. Didn't have much expectation and was a bit surprised by the price. But I went along with it, and the results were exceptional. It looked like a new jacket; not only was the spotting eliminated, the pilling was gone too. They also have this super advanced website that showed the progress the driver was making with the deliveries, very cool.

Went in to inquire about alterations. Also tried to buy a cleaning product ($12-15.00 circa). Lady at counter said she could not sell item to me unless I provided my cell number. I said this was odd in a FREE country and left.

I have had my mooseknuckle jackets destroyed from other cleaners in the past so I asked mooseknuckle themselves where I should go to get my jackets cleaned. They recommended this cleaners. I live in newmarket and made the drive to them because I wanted the so called "best cleaners" to have my jacket cleaned. There was a little bit of a drink spilled on the fur. Best cleaners in Toronto! My mom used them when I was a kid and I use them now. Great service never had a problem
