Brought in a Canada Goose Jacket to be cleaned. This cleaners was recommended by Canada Goose. I traveled from Scarborough because it was the closest Gibsons Cleaners to me. I had bought the jacket approx. 7 years ago and never cleaned it, so it had accumulated wear and tear stains, as well as brown makeup stains around the hood and collar. Came for Canada Goose jacket because Gibson was recommended by the brand. I had an issue with the end result at first but customer service was super quick to resolve. They did everything possible to make sure my jacket was taken care of and that I had the best possible experience a customer could expect from a brand. Thank you Jessica!
I had my pants mended, suit cleaned, and all done perfectly and right on time. Sara was very friendly and courteous as well - give her a raise! I will definitely use Gibson's services again!
All in all just an overall great experience. The staff are professional and very friendly. They handle my suit and even expensive dress shoes with care. The cleaning was great and all my items were handed back to me diligently. Would recommend to any and everyone! Thank you again!
