Brought in a pair of jeans to be repaired. One side of the waist band had become detached from the pant leg. When I picked it up the stitching was so well done I could not tell which side had been repaired! Always professional at Gibson’s on Bloor West, friendly and excellent service! Came for Canada Goose jacket because Gibson was recommended by the brand. I had an issue with the end result at first but customer service was super quick to resolve. They did everything possible to make sure my jacket was taken care of and that I had the best possible experience a customer could expect from a brand. Thank you Jessica!
Regular customer for the past two-three years, I've honestly never been dissapointed by Gibson's cleaning or by the service, great cleaner! (especially the dry-cleaning for delicate or high-end stuff, I dropped there a Marni sweater and no issues) Great team as well, I always have a warm welcome by Sarah or anyone else, and they remember my name/preferences on top of that. 💯

Mathew at Beresford location is a super star and a pleasure to deal with. Love Gibson! Today I had another great experience at the Beresford location. It’s always the second shift of Saturdays when the younger part timers are working that I receive outstanding customer service, polite, charismatic, respectful, helpful. I didn’t catch the young lady from this afternoon but she was great.
