I have no problem with your service or the quality of your work. Plain and simply, my wife and myself have been working from home for the last year, seldomly dressing in dress clothes that would need dry cleaning. The stains on the bedspread were not removed. They were faded, but not gone.

I am very appreciative of the professionalism and hard work of all the associates at GI-RO cleaners. I have been raised to acknowledge people and do my best to recognize people by name. I am a regular but at times intermittent customer but love that when I arrive to drop off and pick up my cleaning that the fine associates at GIRO know who I am without me having to tell them. That is pretty cool!! Thank you again for the great job you do with customer service and dry cleaning!!
