I'll start by saying my shirts look very nice. I brought in a load of shirts and asked and repeated, No Matter What The Label says, I want these shirts laundered. DO NOT DRY CLEAN them, DO NOT HARD PRESS them. When I picked up my order, the price was quite a bit more than quoted and when I asked why the attendant said they dry cleaned 4 of my shirts. I repeated that I did not want them dry cleaned and she said they had no choice because they were rayon and would not re-do them for laundry. I just think if that was going to b... read more

We can certainty launder them, assuming the care label does allow, however, the price for the rayon would remain the same. The difference in price has to do with the finishing. I have no problem with your service or the quality of your work. Plain and simply, my wife and myself have been working from home for the last year, seldomly dressing in dress clothes that would need dry cleaning. The stains on the bedspread were not removed. They were faded, but not gone.
As always, service is thorough and prompt, especially home pickup & delivery. Cleaning in particular but also alterations when needed.
