My tie came back damaged at the tip (it was partially unfolded with the supportive material hanging out) and a noticeable stain in a pair of my pants was not removed, but overall the service and timing was decent.
My suit is clean as was done fast.
I used their tayloring service for the first time. I was very pleased with their work. They were very pleasant to work with. I will use them again in the future.
