I frequently use Gi-Ro for not only cleaning but alterations. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service as well as the quality of work / cleaning that myself and my garments receive. On my recent visit - one of the employees had set aside something that she believed to be mine on an alteration visit that was quite a few months ago. The staff is very friendly. My coat was repaired and cleaned beautifully and ready for me to pick up in a few days.
