I am very happy with GI-Ro Dry Cleaners but I think you should have a better rewards program. You used to give a $10 credit for a certain amount spent. I don't know if you still do that.

Gi-Ro cleaners tightened up four buttons on my brand new peacoat. Evidently the manufacturer doesn't even do a good job, not as good as the tailor at Gi-Ro. They got it done in 4 days and when I dropped it off the lady at the front counter told me what the seamstress or the Taylor would do and how much it would cost. And that's exactly what happened. I am returning business because I believe you're only as good as your last job.
