Great job on the cleaning for a jacket and the alteration on the pants. Everything was done right, the staff at the Lockport store I visited were very friendly. The email to let me know it was all done is a great touch. Being a technology professional, that speaks volumes to me.
Very nice Personal. They did a wonderful job on my coats. Not only were they done on time but earlier than expected. I’ll be visiting them again in the near future

I needed shirts back the same day and stopped in at 8am. Your staff was friendly & assured me they’d be back by 5pm. Got an e-mail at 4:45 telling me they were ready! Great service & using technology to improve the customer experience & gain a loyal customer.
Outstanding
First time at GI-RO, got my white winter coat dry cleaned and was very impressed with how knowledgeable the employees were. They answered all of my questions and the process went smoothly. Pleasure working with them! Coat turned out great, all stains removed and de-linted. Will be back again soon!
The staff was super helpful and happy to assist me when I realized I actually needed my order a few hours earlier than initially planned. Prices were reasonable and hours for the Tonawanda location are perfect for my schedule. I will definitely be back!
