I am a frequent user of your cleaning services. I am very impressed with both dry cleaning work and shirt laundry. As well, the person who handles customer services at the counter at the Turnpike location is superb.
I brought three shirts here. Two of them they charged me 3.99 and the white shirt I was charged $15.99. I would never use these people any more. They charged me $15.99 for a white shirt. I was never told that is how much it is. Never will I use these people any more for any cleaning. It is a ripoff. Don’t use them at all. I was never told me that is how much a dress shirt for men costs washing and ironing. Don’t recommend them at all. Way too expensive.
Dropped off 1 jacket. Had to fight to get the garment back 12 days later. The worst service. The person who was at the counter was rude and insulting. Could not wait to get out of there. I understand now why other people recommend not to use them. If I could give a zero star rating that would be more fitting.
My garment came out spectacular! Unfortunately the customer service was subpar. The day I arrived to drop my garment there were two signs on the door one said be back in 15 minutes in the restroom and the next said out to lunch I decided to come back in 15 minutes and the first sign was gone with the lunch sign still up. Said my items would be ready by 2 pm. Was there at 210 and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 2:45. Had to leave town immediately following this… Now I am completely screwed for a business trip. All my shirts I needed I was unable to pick up because they couldn’t stick to the time they promised on the slip. High prices, should get better service then that. Won’t be returning.
