Four Seasons Cleaners at Turnpike in Goleta is AWESOME! They were so generous in sponsoring the San Marcos High School Marching Band & Guard for our entire season! They have been an amazing community partner and have washed all of our GIANT stadium linens after each home football game. Ruined my sweater, refused to compensate me, refused to give me the sweater. Charged me an exorbitant price and refused to even give me my money back, instead they called the police. I am a highly credentialed retired person. Ridiculous behavior. I have the photos of the sweater and a video of the discussion with the person working at the cleaners.
Customer service provided by the clerk Christine was outstanding. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost of having my blanket repaired was very low. The turnover time was only a few days.
I am a frequent user of your cleaning services. I am very impressed with both dry cleaning work and shirt laundry. As well, the person who handles customer services at the counter at the Turnpike location is superb.
I brought three shirts here. Two of them they charged me 3.99 and the white shirt I was charged $15.99. I would never use these people any more. They charged me $15.99 for a white shirt. I was never told that is how much it is. Never will I use these people any more for any cleaning. It is a ripoff. Don’t use them at all. I was never told me that is how much a dress shirt for men costs washing and ironing. Don’t recommend them at all. Way too expensive.
