A long overdue review of how impressed I am with the care the owner took in fixing an issue. I had been using Four Seasons /state street cleaners. I as leaving for a trip and I was missing a top and leaving. The owner was so responsive and immediately found my top, packed it and sent it to me where I was. He communicated with me through out to make sure I had it quickly. Thank you Mr. Shah! Hallie

I took a skirt in for a 1 inch hem. Nothing difficult, just something I didn’t want to do myself. They charged me 55$ for a 1 inch hem!!!!! I am shocked that this is how they treat their customers. The hem is fine, yes, but that is a ridiculous amount of money for something so small. I will NOT be returning.

They did a good job on my shirts for a reasonable price. The service is all business, and not particularly friendly, but that was fine with me. They are busy and have a job to do. I will return.

Laundry took 2 day and when I went to pick them up, the third item still wasn’t ready. They said the driver wasn’t there. Then they charged for two shirts and a sweater $55. Wow, time to find a new dry cleaners.

Brought in a shirt to be dry cleaned with the previously issued bag for vip customers they gave us years ago to get discounts. Those have been discontinued. Shirt was supposedly cleaned, but still dirty, and ironed. I could scrape of the dirt with my fingernail! Think they just ironed it. Cost nearly 18.00 and I had to leave it and come back the following week. Finally cleaned , but have no faith in this place any longer. Will be researching other more reputable dry cleaners.
