I only recently learned of their shop in my neighborhood and wanted to try them out. My first experience was tailoring trousers. Excellent job. The first pants were a test and - if the resulting fit was good - I'd bring more in. It was and I did. They were installing an automated drop-off/pick-up system that seems nifty when I brought in 4 pairs pants and a jacket to be tailored. I love that pickup and drop off service is available after hours. But that’s the only thing that I love about this new setup. I really don’t like that now I have to use the machine during normal business hours. Especially because working with your very competent staff is what has prompted me to keep coming back to your shop for all these years! It feels very awkward not being able to work with them one on one with a normal human interaction, where they can make some suggestions to help me get my optimal results. And where ... read more

I had a really frustrating experience with Four Seasons Cleaners on Upper State. I brought in a brand new jacket after getting a small oil spot on it. Before leaving it, I was very clear—multiple times—that I only wanted it spot cleaned, not dry cleaned. The staff assured me they would make special notes, and the jacket itself even says not to dry clean it. When I picked it up, I honestly thought they handed me the wrong item. I have been a 1 Hour Monternizing customer for over 20 years! I was a little skeptical when I went into Four Seasons hoping they wouldn’t have turned over the entire staff. Familiar faces were present when I walked in and it was very nice. I received the same amazing service with checking in my clothes and the delivery was on time and wonderfully done.
