Took 4 items only had 3 cleaned never called me to inform me that they couldn’t clean it and when I saw one of shifts one of the buttons was damaged. For that service it was overpriced.
I was grossly over charged $12 for an alteration to sew a 3 inch straight line! I was charged the same as a total hem for a pair of pants. The gist should of been $4 max. Horrible experience !!!

I needed my blazer pressed, the cleaners stated it would need a dry clean as well, in order to press it. So I did. And my blazer was still wrinkled and they stated the color cannot be pressed, due to the material. Which they did not state when I dropped it off. $9 for a clean that I didn't need and not a good pressing. I won t go back here.
I ask for Creases in my pants and that wasn’t done in the Arning wasn’t that great and I’m pressed for time to pick up my pants so I was able to pick them up they went in the condition I thought they would be and they asked if I wanted them to be left increased or retired but I do not have the time I thought they were going to be done the first time
One of my White jakets were not washed it was Just ironend

The cleaning was fine but I had a coupon, bought thru Groupon, that clearly stated "coupon never expires". Four seasons refused to honor it. With so many dry cleaners in Ventura, I will take my business elsewhere.
I decided to give Four Seasons a try out of convenience, being that it’s close to the grocery stores I shop at. I brought in a scarf, a dress, and a blouse. The woman who assisted me told me that that they wouldn’t be able to really clean the dress or blouse due to the sequence, but that they would spot clean as needed. Allana, I am sorry that you did not like our services and pricing. As far as the pricing goes that is what it costs us to produce a cleaned well pressed garment. We do send out coupons and being a new customer you did not know. To make it better for you we will refund or put a cash credit of $14 to make your invoice amount $30. Pick up my jeans and they were still stained and dirty

I specifically requested that you remove a stain on my sleeve, and the stain was still there when I picked it up.
