Horrible!! I was bullied and threatened by the employee and she refused to let me talked to the owner.

It was a very bad experience and I will never go there again. I brought five pieces of clothes to dry cleaning, one of which is a Giorgio Armani suit vest that has been ironed and scorched. The merchant says it is not broken, but it should be like this. I also have a piece of the same dress bought by a friend. As soon as I compare the two, I find that my clothes look like old clothes. We're still negotiating. There are many places on the clothes scorched black phenomenon, very sad.

I dropped off a suit to be cleaned for a wedding. When I come to pick it up, the pants aren't ready and they didn't seem to care. The lady told me I was wrong about the date they told me they would be ready and that I was lying about when I said I dropped it off. I still had to pay full price after having to buy a new pair of pants for the wedding. I will find a different cleaner. I understand things happened but I didn't appreciate the gaslighting.

Two different times I’ve brought sweaters with hoodies in and they are returned to me without the cord. This completely affects the look of the sweater. Both sweaters are very expensive.. where do these birds go… just put in the trash??? I’ve used this cleaners for years …. Very irritating.
Horrible. $50 to wash a $60 blanket and attitude to boot. Not going back AND will not recommend

They faded my Levi’s and shrunk them, all while not even taking the stains out. Also it Took a whole week for my small order to be ready. Overall it was a horrible over priced low quality place, and I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Poorly handled- waited 3 days -After - it was to be ready. Miss “O” at the counter was very much a Pro’s Pro & investagted the problem & explanation was helpful & proper.
