Overpriced. Yes I understand you have coupons on your website to help reduce the cost, but why not just price accordingly.
I put a pair of pants in for tailoring a week before arrival. I was told it would be available on Friday the 17th. I went in on Friday the 17th to pick up the clothes and mentioned that the tailored pants were not there and it looked like they were hanging "There they are hanging and ready in the plastic covering", but figured many items can look the same and not to press it.
