So far so good :) will continue to come here if the quality of service remains the same, very happy.
I will be bringing back in the pair of shorts that I had tailored because they were taken in too much. When I tried them on after being tailored I said to the tailor that they felt tight to me. I was told that they looked fine and it was normal for them to feel a little tight. I still don't believe they should fit as tight as they do one day after being tailored. I would like to know what can be done about this.

Everyone was very professional and very nice. They did a beautiful job on pressing my dress that I wore to my cousins wedding. It was done exactly at the time it was supposed to be. It's close to my home which is a plus. I highly recommend your business
I am new to the Redondo Beach area and needed a good dry cleaners. My ADT security installer recommended Flair. I have tried them three times and I am hooked. I took my winter sweaters in for cleaning and they look like new. Being from San Francisco you have lots of winter sweaters. Flair is the best.
Great job with alterations! Very efficient and a quick turnaround! A bit pricey however each piece was steamed and hung properly on a hangar!! I will definitely use their services again!!
The staff is really nice and helpful. I jsut didn't like the fact that it almost appeared that they lost my clothes by not putting my correct name or phone number in their system when I first registered. However, now that they have it right and did all they could to find my clothes and thank goodness I kept my receipt. It was found without it; but, it was a good thing to locate the receipt for proof. The people that work here are so kind and helpful & their services are very accommodating!! Although I did not get a receipt for my visit, I guess it is not standard procedure for them to do so, we got exactly what we needed done in the perfect amount of time at a really good price!!
