Brought the cleaning in on Sunday at the drop box and at 6:00 pm Monday only part of the cleaning was completed. The attached told me to come back Tuesday to pick up the rest. The attendant, the second time I have work with her seem to be overwhelmed with the response. The two attendees that were there before even knew my name.

Hi Andy , I checked to see what the issue was on Monday . We had a late start to get the dry cleaning clothes cleaned and pressed because of equipment problems. Sorry For the inconvenience but sometimes things happen that are out of our hands
