Ever since the new management took over, I was at first skeptical about both dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning, without speaking to someone first. However, those fears have been completely assuaged. When I really DID need to speak with someone, I picked up the phone, and a very nice person answered and walked me through my questions. The bed spreads all came back in their own plastic zip up containers. It's a great place and very reliable!
It’s going to seem strange going to a cleaner without someone inside but the process for dropping off and picking up my clothes is easy and the lack of human interaction saves me so much time or need for small talk. I appreciate this business model.
No prices displayed, and no person to ask inside. I've never dry cleaned anything before, but my brother gets his suits done regularly and it costs $8 per 2 pc suit, which admittedly is cheap so i wasnt expecting those prices. I took in a coat I paid $7 for at goodwill, expecting to pay around $25 max for the cleaning. Nope, was $46. Leaving the coat with the cleaners, I don't even know how they did, I wouldn't have bought the coat for $50 so why would I pay that much just to clean it. This was once a wonderful cleaners. All one had to do was drive up just outside the cleaners and Mike would come out and take your laundry in. One did not have to get out of the car. The same procedure happened on pick up of laundry. Recently, the business has been reworked so that one has to enter the business with no good parking available, and enter data in a machine to either drop off laundry or pickup laundry. Much worse service than previously!
This place is the best!! The young man’s customer service was outstanding!! He was so helpful with the process. The dress costs I got cleaned turned out perfect! Don’t change a thing!
