Orlando Cleaners is a modern way to easily obtain expertly dry cleaned clothing. The auto drop off and pick up is seamless, efficient, and with 24x7 access, much better than waiting for employees to open the store. The high quality of my dry cleaned dress shirts was very good, and met my cleaning instructions perfectly. Once I tried Orlando Cleaners, I won’t go back to other stores. Great value!
The drop off location was convenient, and they did a nice job cleaning my item. However, my item was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday and it was not ready until Thursday. To be fair, I did not pay for expedited cleaning, but I would have appreciated some kind of notification that my item would not be ready when it was expected. I would use this service again, but only for non time sensitive cleaning.
This was the first time I ever used a computer automated system to drop anything off. It was very easy to navigate through the system to get my garments dropped off and it was especially easy to pick them up. Thank you for having this service available for us.
At first intimidated with doing this thru computer and no person there to help. But it was easy for me. The push button call was helpful. Only complaint I have is not being notified when my order was ready. I just happened to stop by.
Ever since the new management took over, I was at first skeptical about both dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning, without speaking to someone first. However, those fears have been completely assuaged. When I really DID need to speak with someone, I picked up the phone, and a very nice person answered and walked me through my questions. The bed spreads all came back in their own plastic zip up containers. It's a great place and very reliable!
