This was the first time I ever used a computer automated system to drop anything off. It was very easy to navigate through the system to get my garments dropped off and it was especially easy to pick them up. Thank you for having this service available for us.

The drop off location was convenient, and they did a nice job cleaning my item. However, my item was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday and it was not ready until Thursday. To be fair, I did not pay for expedited cleaning, but I would have appreciated some kind of notification that my item would not be ready when it was expected. I would use this service again, but only for non time sensitive cleaning.

Process was very simple and with it being my first time, I was able to get a rep through their customer support tab to walk me through the process. She was very kind and informative. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was once a wonderful cleaners. All one had to do was drive up just outside the cleaners and Mike would come out and take your laundry in. One did not have to get out of the car. The same procedure happened on pick up of laundry. Recently, the business has been reworked so that one has to enter the business with no good parking available, and enter data in a machine to either drop off laundry or pickup laundry. Much worse service than previously!

We have been to a few other cleaners and haven't been happy. I wish I had gone to Orlando Cleaners 24/7 first. Our clothes never looked better. Thank you 🌻
