I brought a couple of badly damaged wool items here, that I had damaged from the drying machine. for repair. They were super friendly. They didn’t promise me anything incase they weren’t able to repair them fully, but said they would try their best. When I went to pick them up they looked great! False advertising, poor customer service. As a Fazio customer for several years in Beverly Hills and Brentwood, my lotalty was won and I tried this location in spite of the sighing and eye rolling when coupons or discounts were requested. I was informed to use only coupons sent via email So I did just that. When I did I was told they could not honor the coupons at face printed value as they were reorganizing their business model. I have switched at least 7 dry cleaners… Fazio Cleaners is the best! It’s a little pricey but it’s worth more on quality dry cleaning you’re getting!
