I was just laughed at. Picking up my washable rug, Mind you I have had this rug dry cleaned before at a different establishment. On pick up I noticed my rug still looked a bit dingy and dirty and could see a lot of hair. Similar to the look of it on drop off. I’m new to the area so After noticing it, I wanted to give them grace and just asked nicely if I could pay for it to be re-washed for a second time. They immediately started laughing. Every time I come here everyone is so professional and kind, especially LISA! Nadia is great as well. They are very friendly which is unique now a days in business! They do great work as well. It is so convenient in the Smiths store as well!

Dishonest. They quoted me $21 for a 2 pant suit when I dropped off my suit for cleaning last week. When I picked up my suit they charged $30. I will never go there again and recommend no one else does either.
