I love this dry cleaners. Lisa that works there is the kindest person. You feel like family.. I had forgotten I had a suit coat and shirt there for 6 months. Lisa took the time to remind me even tho it had been so long.

I was just laughed at. Picking up my washable rug, Mind you I have had this rug dry cleaned before at a different establishment. On pick up I noticed my rug still looked a bit dingy and dirty and could see a lot of hair. Similar to the look of it on drop off. I’m new to the area so After noticing it, I wanted to give them grace and just asked nicely if I could pay for it to be re-washed for a second time. They immediately started laughing. I needed a white shirt dry cleaned for a wedding and went to pick it up at 9:10 a.m. They state they open at 9:00 a.m., but no one was there. I even called, and someone answered the phone saying they were open, yet the store was still empty. We waited but eventually had to leave without the shirt because we couldn’t risk being late. We ended up scrambling to find another white shirt to wear for the wedding. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for something that was time-sensitive.

We had a wedding in 3 days and the brides dress (which was her mother's from 30 years ago), was yellow and smelled like a garage. These kind people told us they wanted the challenge and promised it back the day before the wedding and indeed they did !! It looked and smelled amazing !! Thanks fayes

Dropped off two suits for a total of 5 pieces. They were great and even got it all done quickly. It was ready the next day nicely pressed and cleaned. Will definitely keep going back.
