Faye’s does a spectacular, amazing job! My clothes look fantastic! You are missing out if you don’t take your dry cleaning here! The staff is so professional & kind!
This is my third time trying this location and as much as I want to love this cute (from the outside) laundromat I just can’t. It’s usually a little dirty inside, but it was the worst I’ve ever seen today. There were multiple feminine product wrappers on the bathroom floor and blood on the toilet seat and floor. Cobwebs everywhere, between and behind the machines is disgusting. Most of the laundry machines are out of order. My review is mixed. One employee I dealt with was absolutely amazing and super helpful. However my second experience was extremely upsetting. Unfortunately I needed to bring in a blanket to be washed and I had limited time. I put put my items in two large front loading washers that faced north. Ran an errand and came back to pick up my items to air dry at home. One washer came out fine, the second came out soaking wet. The employee said that it was normal. We have been going to Faye’s in Kaysville for 20 years- and LOVE them‼️The employees are always so nice and helpful. Our clothes turn and quilts and everything in between always turn out great, whether on a hanger or folded and boxed (which was AMAZINING for sending off our MISSIONARY❣️) Customer Service is great and Quality of Service is 20 out of 10‼️
Faye’s has always done an excellent job with all of my dry cleaning needs. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable and excellent dry cleaning services.
