This is for the owner to see. This place is waiting to go out of business. I wouldn’t use your services. Every time I pass by the door the staff is right outside the door smoking, which isn’t a huge gripe for me but not professional looking. All the staff I’ve seen look pretty unprofessional. The worst being the kid with the braids. Huge chip on his shoulder is an understatement, and definitely driving business away. I'll describe the timeline of events: On Friday may 31, I picked up my clothes that I needed cleaned and pressed. Assuming that the job was done correctly, I didn't check the clothes until Monday June 3. All of the clothes were just fine. EXCEPT for a black pair of Calvin Klein Chino pants. Changing a previously good review. Clothes came back dirty, like I paid for them to just hold on to them for a while. One pair of pants came back with an extra spot. I've been only a few times and the other times they did fine, but if they can't clean stuff consistently, then it's not worth going there.

Heavy miss quoted. What should have been a 60 dollar job (because of the quote) turned into 125 dollar job. Should have read the reviews before going here. It’s no wonder they have a 2.5 rating. Hopefully they close soon.

Extremely rude staff. I walked in with two garments and the employee did not even look up. Just started yelling "last name!" right as I walked in, I said my last name, despite having never been here before and he grumbled/groaned. I said "nevermind, you're pretty rude" and left. Their staff needs training on customer service. Will not ever go to a Fayes dry cleaner.
