Called a week before flying in for a wedding asking if I could drop my clothes off on Friday and get them back the next day. The person on the phone said yes. I showed up early Friday and the person at the desk said they couldn’t turn around getting clothes pressed that quickly. She then said the Layton store could do that for me though. Went to the Layton store and turns out that was also a lie, and they couldn’t turn around a pressing that quickly either. Bad business. Poor values.

Dropped off a light jacket to have drycleaned got it back two days later charged me $11 I don't think they do anything jacket was full of hair doesn't look like it was cleaned I think they just put it on a hanger and plastic bag and charge you don't waste your time and money.

Honestly would give them no stars if possible. Picked up a jacket that had some beard oil on it to see if they could get it out, only to pick it up and see the inside covered in cat hair as if it was being used as a bed. Didn’t notice it until I got home and it’s not worth the energy to take it back.

I brought in 4 dresses to be cleaned. Only one needed to be dry cleaned. They told me it would be ready in two days. I went back in two days and found out that the dresses were sent to another location. I was told I could go and get them or I could wait for them to be brought back to the original location. I decided to go get them. When I got there the dresses were not done as had been told to me at the original location. I would have to come back that evening to get them. Will never return to this dry cleaners again. One of my suits was totally ruined I had to take it back to the store I bought it and get a replacement suit. The other suit that I took in the pants were still dirty. When I took my clothes back in to get re-cleaned I stood behind a man that had similar problems. They ruined his comforter and made him throw it away himself. He had some button-up shirt that were still dirty as well.
