Great customer service - they called me after I dropped off a large amount of clothes and told me about some minor tears on suit pants and a stain on one of my shirts. They email coupons monthly. My clothes came back on time and in great condition. They’re my new go-to for dry cleaning.

The cleaners are good, but the seamstress was way too expensive. I bought a pair of pants for $25 and was charged $25 to hem them. This should take an experienced seamstress about 20 minutes. Sorry, you lost me as a customer.

Drop off and pickup were very easy. They did a wonderful job on my shirts, they look like they are new again. Been using EZ Cleaners since we moved to the neighborhood. Never had a problem.

I came into this shop hoping to have a vintage hat restored. I was very clear that money was not an object—I just wanted the hat stripped down, cleaned, and made to look “sweet” again. Unfortunately, I was met with an incredible level of arrogance and a total lack of customer service from the individual who claimed to be the manager/owner. Extremely unprofessional experience. I brought in a brand new jacket and undamaged pants, and was later told there were ‘stains’ and a ‘hole’—both completely false. This feels like an attempt to create issues and charge extra. Communication was poor (blocked calls, not answering), and I had to push just to speak with a manager. I was told I’d be charged $70 for damage that did not exist. Now I have to go in and review camera footage to prove it. Be very careful—document everything before leaving your clothes here.
